Everyone dreams of achieving happiness, through balance of three important pillars: love, health, and money. However, very few of us have the necessary tool(s) to fulfill our potential in these three pillars.

  1. Get comfortable in a place where you can remain calm, either sitting or lying down, for a few minutes.
  2. With your eyes closed, concentrate on your breathing (inhale and exhale) on how the air enters and exits your body.
  3. Begin to feel where your breathing is more intense. Is it in your stomach, heart or shoulder space? Concentrate on the intensity, relax and breathe.
  4. Continue with this practice for five more minutes. Inhale deeply, relax and exhale through your nose or mouth. Slow down in each breath, expanding your belly, heart or shoulders..
  5. Open your eyes gently when you feel calm and complete.

How did you feel? Where you aware of the noise in your mind? Did you lower the volume? Where did your attention go to in your body? Did you feel more calm and less stressful? Not bad for a 5-minute meditation.
